If you don’t have a 26-digit code printed on your receipt, please follow the step by step process.
- Go to www.mcdvoice.com.
- Click on “If your receipt has 26-digit survey code printed on it, Click here ” link.
- Then enter the following information printed on your McDonald’s receipt.
- Store# :Store number is the number where you got the receipt from.
- KS# : Enter the KS number which is unique identity code of the store
- Date of Visit : Date of Visit the date you visited the store.
- Time of Visit : Time of Visit is the time you took the receipt from the store.
- Order : Order Number is the order received by the restaurant on specific day.
- Amount Spent : Amount Spent is the dollars you spent on your food at the restaurant.
- After entering these information, Click on “Start” button to begin the survey.
